Lease IT Public Company Limited (the "Company") offered 36,907,466 units of the Warrant to purchase ordinary shares of Lease IT Public Company Limited No. 4 (LIT-W2) to the existing shareholders of the Company in proportion to their shareholdings  and issued the said Warrants on February 1, 2022. The Warrant holders can exercise the Warrants to purchase the newly issued ordinary shares of the Company on the 25th of June and December of each year throughout until the expiration of the term of the Warrants. Hereby, the first exercise date is June 25, 2022 and the last exercise date that Warrant holders can exercise their rights is 3 years from the date of issuance, which will be on January 31, 2025.
